Saturday AM:


9:00 - 9:15: Introduction and registration

9:15 -10:00 History and use of healing indigenous herbs worldwide

10:00 – 10:30 Indigenous theories of how herbs work in healing and the theories of synchronistic potency and Doctrine of Signature.

10:30 – 10:45 Break

10:45 – 12:00 Introduction Part 1, (Lab) Western and Chinese herbs for external use.

12:00 -12:45 Herbal lunch!

Saturday PM

12:45 – 1:30 Introduction Part 2, (Lab) Western and Chinese herbs for external use.

1:30 – 2:00 Formulating herbal formulas, Emperors, Ministers and Messengers.

2:00 -2:15 Base formulas for salves, ointments, compresses, liniments, poultices, and balms.

2:15 -2:30 break

2:30 – 3:15 –The use of healing base oils, stabilizers, and natural preservatives.

3:15 – 5:00 - Herbal cooking and extraction for two large formulas for Sunday.



Sunday AM


9:00 – 10:00 - Review and Q&A.

9:30 – 12:00 – Lab, reheating, pouring off, stabilizing, packaging,

previous days large run.

Making and packaging your own individual take home formulas.

12:00 – 12:45 Herbal Lunch!



Sunday PM

12:45 –1:15 Sourcing supplies.

1:15 – 1:30 Opportunities for generating income from this class.

1:30 - 4:00 Lab Making your own liniments, alcohol, leg braces, poultices, and herbal body washes. Cleanup.

4:00 – 4:30 – Wrap up, certificates, final Q& A.


Cost of the class is $125.00 per day and $50.00 supply fee.

Total cost of the class for both days is $300.00

Participants will take home over $150.00 worth of herbal products for your horses, you and yours from this class and you can't beat that!


Number of participants to make the class a go 6-8

$100.00 deposit to reserve.

10% discount pre pay within 2 weeks of class

Where: Equicenter

This looks like a class act weekend! Affordable for the horse-ownerX4. A great relief for someone on a budget who wants to soak up incredible herbal knowledge. Teaching with AN EDGE, and a laugh or two. Can't wait! T
